A short poem for my daughter:

“Mesmerizing”, I thought,

When I saw her sleep so well,

With a twinkling smile on her face,

I wondered all the dreams that dwell!!!

With princesses in her heart and fairies in her mind,

I wish her Good night with a hug so tight!!!

She wakes me up with many tales to tell,

Of floating hearts, cuddly bears and jingle bells!!!

At times she may have a nightmare or two,

I’d say, “I got your back lying next to you!”
