In a cold desert, exists a heavenly abode,
Somebody’s calling from behind those hills,
Something moves down the cliff,
Someone edges along the gorge!
The night sky is veiled in the jewel of stars,
the blue lay naked, under the influence of sunlight bars!
Frosty windows, a dribble of rain,
Witness yellow & orange, again & again!!!
Cold chilly winds embrace every body part,
Like a lost love found, heart to heart!!!
Greyed terrain, coloured by the calm moving clouds,
The higher I climb; I get covered in a misty shroud!!!
I have left a part of me, somewhere in the ridges,
Shall surrender self one day, to those mighty connecting bridges!!!
